I was one of the first one hundred people to buy my mobile/cellular phone when it was first introduced in the consumers' market internationally. Ever since,I have bought and used the many makes available on the many different networks and I continue to wonder as to why at times the reception is either not clear or the number I dial from the U.S.A.to Fiji cannot be received although the receiver of the call has enough credits to make and receive international and local calls.
