Most people suffer from dry skin especially in the winter, but for those of us with extreme dry itchy skin there is relief. Try this and see if your skin doesn't feel hydrated and healthy.


Difficulty: Easy

You'll Need:
sea salt
honey
whole milk
coconut oil
mayo

Step 1: The first thing you must do is exfoliate well with warm water and fine ground sea salt, after you wash (do not use soap once you have exfoliated.) rub gently in a circular motion all over skin or at least dry areas. this should take a few minutes it may seem like forever but it is very important to exfoliate well.

Step 2: Next you will apply a mixture of 1 cup mayo, 1/2 cup milk, and 1/2 cup honey, (this is messy but delightful) step out of shower and coat your body, leave this mixture on for about 3 minutes and rinse, your skin will feel soft, moisturized and healthy for days. even after you shower, this should be done at least 2x / week for very dry skin.

Step 3: Last but not least if you are not going anywhere for the evening take the coconut oil and put it on like lotion (it will be a little greasy at first but your skin will drink it up) If you have plans do it the next night this should be done 3x a week for best results. (you do not have to use a lot of oil just a little goes along way)
