Quality skin from within through 'working' power foods & beverages as you've shared here Cupcakes are essentials. Women, men, boys and girls can apply all sorts of skincare regimen programmes, but if the lifestyle contradicts the topical skin treatment and the diet, then all is at a loss.

Personally we like to add the blue & red light treatment and consciously eat skin healthy foods to combat any possible invasive radicals from infecting our skin.

Something as benign as the washing of hands prevents so much damage. Controlling inflammatory and oily foods from the diet - a must, for they clog and suffocate any skin. The more natural the products the better. The healthier the lifestyle, the higher the possibility of reversing, improving, replenishing and controlling one's skin quality.
